One on One Personal Training provides accountability and motivation to help you meet your fitness goals. My objective is to guide you on your journey to creating your Healthy Lifestyle by teaching you the proper movements, then allowing you to incorporate those into your lifestyle.

Initial session includes fitness assessment and goal setting. We'll work together to map out a journey to achieve your fitness goals. You will work with me once per week to learn proper movement patterns, then receive the workout timers to complete on your own.
